Tall and architectural, best used as a specimen where it can be admired from all sides.

Culms blotched shades of brown from the second year onwards - thick - eventually forming an open grove particularly in a warm place. Dark foliage - up to 4m.

This is a large plant which is only available for collection from our nursery or from any of the shows that we attend, or by using our new courier service (see below).

An important note about delivery of large plants

It's not a surprise that our courier's maximum height for delivery is 1.5m (inlcuding the pot), so any bamboos that you receive will not be taller than that. You can arrange to pick up large specimens or use our special delivery service.
