It is with a heavy heart that we have decided to call it a day and close PW Plants, our nursery and this website: hardybamboo.com. We are no longer taking orders online, by phone, or in person from the nursery. We have enjoyed supplying you with top quality, award winning plants, but unfortunately this has now come to an end.

With their differing shades, habits and constant movement the bamboo gives an exotic, harmonious and outstanding dimension to any garden - from the smallest to the largest. You may be surprised to discover that there are well over 200 species - all of them hardy in our climate. Whilst we specialise in the rare and unusual we also have a vast range of well known varieties. The grasses we also specialise in lend themselves equally well blending and toning with the bamboo.
